Minimum Requirements:
- Education: Relevant Diploma/Degree in Supply Chain Management.
- Experience: 3-5 years of experience managing a warehouse or distribution center.
- Skills:
- Advanced Excel
- WMS
- High Jump
- Bomm
- Camera system expertise
- Ability to work shift patterns
Preferred Skills:
- Experience in retail or warehouse environments
- Staff management experience
- Excellent organizational and time-management abilities
- Strong problem-solving and decision-making skills
- Effective communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic work environment
Key Responsibilities:
- Ensure adequate picking staff and appropriate MHE availability
- Oversee efficient and timely completion of picking and administrative tasks
- Report on shift attendance and performance
- Manage stock, receiving, replenishment, reverse logistics, and Chep pallets
- Take full responsibility during night shifts when scheduled
- Inventory management
