Main Responsibilities
- Engage in a mix of classroom learning and practical, on-the-job experience aligned with the NCAMA qualification and company standards.
- Uphold company values by focusing on Safety, Quality, Productivity, Efficiency, and Timely Delivery.
- Learn the operation of specialized tools and equipment within specific processes.
- Follow company deadlines, procedures, and workplace policies diligently.
- Offer innovative suggestions to improve the efficiency of assembly processes.
- Assist in production tasks while working closely with team members.
- Communicate clearly and effectively with both peers and supervisors.
- Demonstrate integrity in assigned responsibilities and continuously seek areas for improvement.
Key Learning Objectives
- Successfully complete the FMCSA and MerSeta-accredited training program.
- Follow the structured training schedule to ensure the successful completion of all modules.
- Meet all program milestones within the 12-month duration.
- Participate in shift rotations to gain well-rounded exposure during the learnership.

Qualifications & Requirements for Ford Motor Company learnership Programme
- Matric/Grade 12 Certificate with a pass in:
- Pure Mathematics (Higher or Standard Grade) – Maths Literacy or Commercial Maths will not be accepted.
- English.
- This opportunity is only available to unemployed individuals.
- Applicants must be 35 years old or younger.
