Key Responsibilities

Interns will support the Internal Sales Department through administrative, operational, and customer-service functions including:

  • Managing correspondence, filing, emails, and telephone support
  • Monitoring shared mailboxes and forwarding queries
  • Preparing quotations, RFQs, and tenders
  • Maintaining tender databases and calculating conversion rates
  • Updating customer and supplier price lists
  • Managing electronic filing systems
  • Assisting in identifying potential new clients
  • Supporting in-house training sessions and team events
  • Assisting with product launches, congresses, and workshops
  • Attending sales meetings and drafting minutes
  • Performing Medikredit tasks including Nappi code registration and price validations
  • Extracting SAP data for monthly reporting
  • Assisting with complaints, enquiries, orders, and tender follow-ups
